Here at Sou do Sol, our top priority is your satisfaction. We truly hope that you be completely satisfied with your purchase.

However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you a full refund on all items returned to us within 7 days of the items receipt date.

If you need to return an item, just follow these very easy process!

1st Stage: Return Request

As a return policy, all items returned should first pass through the following process:

1st Step: Sign into “My Account” on our Website and go to your “Orders”,

2nd Step: Select the item(s) to be returned and press the button “Details”,

3rd Step: Confirm your personal data,

4th Step:  Fill out the “Request to return” form,

5th Step: Then press the button “make a RMA Slip”.

Your “Request to return” form will be send to us. We will review it and notify you once the request has been approved. The review process can take from 1 to 3 working days. To see the approval status of your request and finalize the return process, please follow the instructions below:

2nd stage: Shipping your return

1st Step: Sign into “My Account” on our Website, go to “My merchandising returns”,

2nd Step: There you will find the approval status of your request.

3rd Step: If your request has been approved, press the button “Print RMA”

4th Step: Print the form “RMA” and include it in your package. If you do not have a printer, use a separate sheet of paper to specify the reference number of the return, which is indicated on the form. Please note: As a Sou do Sol refund policy, the compensation will be only processed upon receipt of your return package.

5th Step: Return the order to the address indicated on the form. Please note: Unfortunately, you are fully responsible for all shipping costs incurred to return items.

Please note, that all items returned should comply with the following essential requirements:

  • All the returned item(s) should be sent with the original packaging provided,
  • It is very important that all returned item(s) should be returned with all provided tags and designer garment still attached,
  • All the returned item(s) should be returned unworn and in clean conditions. Specially the Swimwear pieces, they should also be returned with the protective hygiene strip,
  • When provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be also returned.


Returns that are damaged, soiled or returns without their original labels may not be accepted by us and may be sent back to the customer.

If you received a faulty item (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we will collect it at your  address and replace without any costs.

Sou do Sol will refund all payments received from you, within 7  days.
