Confirmation email.

After you have concluded your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with all your order details (i.e. order value, delivery time, courier company, tracking information).  

Expedition.

After we receive your payment confirmation, your order will be dispatched within 4 working days.

And if, for any reason, you need to deliver your order in a different address other than yours, it will be not a problem! In order to do so, during your purchase process enter separate delivery and payment addresses. That is all!

Delivery Charges.

All delivery charges are dependable on your shipping destination. We calculate your charges according to the official postage rates and prices.

All taxes are included in the product prices.

Tracking Order.

It is very easy to track your order. In the confirmation email we sent you, you received your order tracking number. With this number, you will be able to check the present status of your order by accessing the courier company website.

However, you can also login into your Sou do Sol account, go to “orders” and you will be able to see all your item’s status delivery.
