1 - HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

It is very easy to purchase at Sou do Sol. You just have to login into your account, select the item you want to order, select  the size and click on the “Checkout” button. You will be redirected to the registration and confirmation page.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order details, providing you with a payment reference and the full amount of your order that will be debited from your credit/debit card.


2 - CAN I ORDER BY TELEPHONE?

Unfortunately no. At this moment, we only offer online shopping service.

4 - WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES SOU DO SOL ACCEPT?

For your convenience and security, we offer you these types of payment methods:

  • PayPal.


5 - IS IT SAFE TO GIVE MY PERSONAL DATA?

6 -HOW CAN I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order details, providing you a payment reference and the full amount of your order that will be debited from your credit/debit card.

Unless we had notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order (in accordance with the Returns Policy sets under our Terms & Conditions), our acceptance of your order and the fulfilment of the contract between you and us will take place when you receive an email notifying you that we have dispatched your order.


7 - WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email notifying the scheduled day of delivery.

However, you can also login into your Sou do Sol account, go to “Orders” and you be able to see all your item’s status delivery.


8 -AM I ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes you are! If you wish to track your order, please refer to the email we sent you. There will be your tracking number. With this number, you will be able to check the present status of your order at the courier company website or by accessing you account in our website .

You can also check the delivery date in our web site. Login into your Sou do Sol account and go to “Orders”.

10 -HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you are not satisfied with the product received, we will happily offer you a full refund, exchange or a replacement on all item(s) returned to us within 7 days of the date of receipt. Please note that all the item(s) returned should be sent following strictly the returns method described in our “Returns” column.
